Looking back through the past journal entries I've noticed that the only time I update is when I move. Well, no sense bucking this trend – although I'm a little late – I'm living and working in Halifax again.

As luck would have it I got an invite from dribbble itself (I didn't know they did that) shortly after posting that message.

No, it's for both. You just can't see because it's members-only. There are three major sections - questions, code, and snaps. The snaps are samples of WIP's but unlike dribbble, it's the whole thing and not a thumbnail. You can get advice and only Forrst members can see the work.
That actually sounds quite useful, if the community is supportive enough for it to actually work I think I'd like to try it out.
